New Website Features for the Workshop Schedule
You can
- browse our upcoming workshops by program, subject, or location
- sort the order of workshop schedule by date, title, catalog # and other choices
- conduct a keyword search of workshop descriptions
New Process for Online Registration
- Find the workshops you want to add.
- If a workshop has seats available, you will see the words “Add to Cart” below the offering.
- Add one workshop at a time to your online cart.
- Choose “View Cart” to review your selections.
- Choose “Continue Browsing” to look for more workshops to add to the cart.
- Choose the “Check Out” option to register for all of the workshops in your cart at the same time.
- To register, first identify the kind of organization where you work, or choose “Does not apply,” and then complete a registration form to tell us how to contact you.
- State Agencies do not need to identify their county.
- We will send you an email confirmation for each workshop shortly after we receive your form.
Workshop Subjects
The State Archives workshops can be divided into general subject sequences:
- Active Records (ACT)
- Archives (ARC)
- Basics (BAS)
- Planning (PLN)
- Reprographics (REP)
- Web (WEB)
Catalog #
Within a subject, workshops will be organized numerically (WEB 101, WEB 201, WEB 301) as they are in college curricula. More advanced material will have a higher number.
No Pre-Requisite Requirements
Attendance at a workshop earlier in the numbering sequence will not be a pre-requisite to attendance at another workshop, although such attendance is encouraged.
Cost
Remember, all State Archives workshops are free unless otherwise noted in the description.

The online registration cart only works if they start from one of the choices on this page.
